Casting iron pots cannot be as non-stick as coated pots. Proper cooking techniques such as using low heat, heating the pot, and adding cold oil, as well as correct seasoning and daily maintenance methods, are particularly important! Using (seasoning/oiling): Before cooking, perform the seasoning (curing-oiling) steps to make food less likely to stick and ensure more even surface temperature. When applying oil, try to let it seep into all parts of the pot, ensuring thorough integration with the oil, which is an important step in maintaining the pot. 1. Clean the inside and outside of the pot with a cleaner before use, and dry the pot thoroughly. 2. Place it on a heat source, turn on low heat, and roast while rubbing with animal fat or edible oil, evenly spreading the heated areas and covering the entire surface of the pot. 3. Rinse with clean water and dry or bake the pot dry (do not use cleaner when washing). 4. Seasoning is complete. After initial use, avoid using cleaner to prevent washing off the newly formed oil layer. Casting iron pot precautions: 1. The surface of the pot has no chemical coating; it only undergoes a simple anti-rust process with carbonized plant oil at the factory. Please follow
